LA GRAN PLAZA DE FORT WORTH® MALL, MAY 1, 2023 (Fort Worth, TX) — La Gran Plaza de Fort Worth® Mall offers visitors and families a convenient and exciting place to shop, dine and see. La Gran Plaza de Fort Worth® announces the entertainment schedule for the month of May. CINCO DE MAYO CELEBRATION
La Gran Plaza de Fort Worth is excited to celebrate Cinco de Mayo a cultural festival that includes live music entertainment, featuring regional Mexican bands and traditional ballet folklorico dance performances. The Tricolor Auto Stage at La Gran Plaza de Fort Worth will be beautifully adorned with Mexican themed decorations, like sarape, papel picado streamers, and colorful flowers, as well as a charming photo back drop for those iconic social media pictures. La Gran Plaza de Fort Worth is known for being a place that celebrates culture and music and opens its doors to up-and-coming local bands and performers from around the DFW area. The Cinco de Mayo Festival will be celebrated on Sunday, May 7th and will take place on the Tricolor Auto Stage, the event kicks off at 1 p.m. The entertainment line-up will include an assortment of music genres and is the following.

MOTHER’S DAY EVENT
La Gran Plaza de Fort Worth will be celebrating Mother’s Day with several live music and dance performances. The Mariachi Mexicanisimo will sing the traditional “Las Mañanitas” and many more songs in honor of all the mothers. This event also features a beautifully decorated photo backdrop to snap the perfect picture with mom. We encourage all mothers to attend the event, there is always a special surprise waiting for them. The Mother's Day Celebration will be Sunday, May 14th and will take place on the Tricolor Auto Stage, this exciting event kicks off at 1 p.m. The entertainment lineup is the following.

Memorial Day Event
La Gran Plaza de Fort Worth and the American Legion Post #569 will honor our fallen soldiers with a special Memorial Day Ceremony. The event is scheduled for Monday, May 29th 11 a.m. and will be held outside by La Gran Plaza de Fort Worth flag poles. The event will consist of several Vietnam veterans sharing their personal testimonies of their fallen comrades. The presenting of the colors and national anthem, a POW/MIA Table Acknowledgement and recognition of veterans. Special guest attendees will include local and state representatives.
